Pleasant Holidays 2023
For the 2023 holiday season, Pleasant Day Medical Adult Day Care will continue with the Pleasant Holidays Fundraiser for Pleasant Day participants. To avoid unnecessary super-spreader events, Pleasant Day will not be having the traditional Festival of Wreaths but will be seeking donations online and by mail to purchase gifts for our participants. These gifts include needed clothing, living supplies, necessary items during the winter season, also included are home made holiday dinners for the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years holidays. As always, these meals will be prepared by Tolley’s Catering.
Donation Raffle Prizes
The more you donate, the more chances you have to win! When donating, please select which prize tiers you wish to enter. Winners will be drawn at random on December 11th, 2023. Stay tuned for raffle prize announcements!
Tier 1 – $25 Donation/Ticket
Each Tier 1 ticket entitles you to one entry to win one of the following prizes:
1st Drawing: Money Tree designed by Barbara Marsh
2nd Drawing: Artificial Wreath donated by Laurie Rippons
3rd Drawing: Live Pine Wreath donated by St. Helier Farms
4th Drawing: “Quest for Freedom” Guided Tour by Harriet Tubman Museum & Education Center Director William Jarmon and Director of Events and Programming Linda Harris
Tier 2 – $50 Donation/Ticket
Each Tier 2 ticket entitles you to one entry to win one of the following prizes:
1st Drawing: Beach Trip to Rehobeth, DE
2nd Drawing: VIP Wine Tasting at Layton’s Chance Vineyard and Winery
3rd Drawing: Avon Porcelain Nativity Set
4th Drawing: Workboat Photo & Frame
